Murphy, Margaret Jane
5/5/1944 - 3/1/2024
Predeceased by her parents and three sisters, after a courageous battle, Margaret was
called home. She is survived by her brother Thomas (Darlene), her children Bridget
(Andrew), Donna, Brenda (Gerry), Donald (Brigitte) and loving son-in-law Stewart as well as
her life-partner William (Bill) Walker. As the matriarch of the Murphy clan, she leaves behind
a legacy of many grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly. She will be
lovingly remembered and missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
A sincere thank you to the staff at the CHLSD Michel Bohec for their loving care and
compassion.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 9th from 1 - 6 p.m. at the Royal
Canadian Legion 185 (141 Chemin Grand Moulin, Deux Montagnes). A legion service will
be held at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the CHU Ste Justine’s foundation , or the
Children’s Make A Wish Foundation would be welcomed
